Some of our writers may have already seen or received contacts through the new direct contact button displayed in the top right of blog posts and on author pages. It allows potential clients a quick and easy way to contact your firm directly from any article they visit on your site. This can create new opportunities for leads and improve the overall client user experience.
When the button is clicked, clients are directed to a short form for basic information, which is then sent to the firm to contact these potential clients. The feature displays on both the posts and author pages, encouraging clients to reach out and making connections your firm may not have had before. By default the email is sent to the article’s author, but that address may be overridden should you wish the email to go to multiple recipients or an intake department.
While the direct contact button is automatically displayed, it can be disabled at any time; for example, you may not want guest posts to show this feature. For more details, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
